We as EVAs use many programs that we find very helpful for our client work and our own companies as well. We would like to share some of our favorites with you. We have been using Mailchimp for some time, it is very easy to use. Creating and Scheduling your emails is a breeze. There is a free version for smaller audiences, so it is a great place to begin your email campaigns.
Graphic Creation

This is one of the simplest ways to create social media posts, flyers, business cards, stationary, this list goes on and on. Better yet, it is FREE too. There is a Pro version, but you can accomplish so much for free, try it out here before you buy!
Social Media Posting
RecurPost
Yet again a free product! You can have three platforms and multiple libraries for various kinds of posts. For example quotes, articles, tips, and you can schedule them to post. This allows you to be consistent in your posting. Check out RecurPost here.

BlueHost and WordPress
This website is hosted by Bluehost who we find very customer service focused and easy to work with should issues arise. WordPress provides many free themes to use and is who we used to design this website. Even the technically challenged can create their site!
